It Point

It Point is a small shop located at B 107 in Shakurpur. We've been here for a while, just handling whatever tech problems come our way. The space is a bit cramped because we keep a lot of old parts just in case someone needs a specific bit for an older machine. Shakurpur is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people passing by. We don't have a big staff. It's usually just one or two of us here. We handle computer repairs, software installs, and sometimes we just help people figure out their phones. It’s not a high-end showroom. We have some used monitors for sale and a bunch of cables hanging on the wall. The floor is concrete and the lighting could be better, but it’s where we do our work. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big promises. If we can fix it, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you straight. Most of our customers are just people from the local blocks. We’ve seen a lot of different computers come through these doors over the years. Some are easy to fix and some take all day. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. People know where to find us when their screen goes black or their system slows down to a crawl.
