Istrat Pvt. Ltd

Our office is located at 372 D.D.A Flats in Pul Prahlad Pur, right near Suraj Kund Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of the city, which we actually prefer for our daily grind. Istrat Pvt. Ltd has been operating out of this flat for a while. It’s not a big glass office building, just a regular D.D.A flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which makes the long hours a bit more bearable for everyone on the team. We have a small crew, and we all know each other’s habits and coffee preferences by now. The kitchen area is where most of the non-work talk happens, usually over a cup of chai in the afternoon. Being near Suraj Kund Road means we’re a bit on the edge of New Delhi-44, but it’s still easy enough to get to if you know the route. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors, so the place stays fairly quiet most of the time. We just focus on our computers and the tasks we need to finish before the day ends. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we can sit down and get things done. We like the local feel of Pul Prahlad Pur and the fact that we aren't stuck in a crowded commercial hub.
