Being in Nehru Place at 804, you get used to the noise pretty fast. Irvine Technologies Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of all that chaos. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how it is—packed elevators, people everywhere, and someone always trying to sell you a laptop bag on the stairs. Our office isn’t anything out of a magazine, it’s just a place with desks and a lot of wires. We do tech stuff, mostly software and hardware things that keep us busy from morning until late evening. Some days the internet is slow, and we all just sit around looking at the walls until it decides to work again. It’s a small team, and we’ve been in this building for a bit now. There’s a guy downstairs who makes really good samosas, so that’s usually our lunch. We don't really do big meetings with fancy slides; we just talk over the desks and figure out what needs fixing. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to move the cabinets. It’s practical, though. Everything is where it needs to be, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. We just keep our heads down and get through the tickets and the coding. It is a lot of work but we stay on top of things as much as possible.
