Iris Software is located at 28 Jia Sarai. If you’ve ever walked through this neighborhood, you know it’s packed with students and people heading to different coaching centers. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lanes sometimes, especially during the afternoons when everyone is out for a snack. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers set up and a small area for breaks. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a glass front. We just do our software work and try to keep things organized. The sounds of the street come right through the walls, so you always know what’s happening outside. We spend a lot of time on coding and fixing things that aren't working right. There’s usually a stack of delivery menus near the door because we end up ordering in quite a bit. It’s a bit messy at times, with cables everywhere and notebooks piled up on the desks, but we know where everything is. The people working here are mostly locals who don’t mind the cramped feeling of Jia Sarai. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a honest way to spend the day, just working through the tasks until the sun goes down and the street gets a little quieter.
