Ip Infotec is based on the ground floor of Plot No. 167/1, right in Mandir Lane. We’re in the Sarai Jullena area, which is part of New Friends Colony near Okhla Road. It’s a very busy spot with a lot of movement and noise throughout the day. Being on the ground floor is really convenient for us because we don’t have to deal with elevators or narrow stairs when we’re moving equipment in and out. The office is just a regular room with some basic desks and chairs. We don't spend any money on fancy decorations or expensive art for the walls. Most of our focus is on the technical stuff we do every single day. It can get a bit cramped inside when we have a lot of work piled up, but we always find a way to make it work. We’ve been in this part of New Friends Colony for a while now and we really like the vibe of the whole neighborhood. It’s a real mix of different things going on all at once. We don’t have a big corporate speech prepared for anyone who asks about us. If you come by, you’ll see us just as we are—working hard and probably drinking some tea to keep us going. We try to keep our language simple and our workspace as functional as possible. It’s not a showroom, it’s just where the actual work happens.
