Our office is over in Block-F, House No. 41/3 in New Delhi. It’s a busy area, and our building is just one of many in this part of the city. We do a lot of digital design and service work from here, but our physical space is actually quite modest. We have a few rooms filled with computers and cables running everywhere. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a high-tech studio from a movie. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can focus on what we’re doing without too many distractions. The lighting is a bit bright and the air conditioner hums all day long, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big team of executives; it’s mostly just us designers and tech people sitting together. We often order lunch from the small dhabas nearby and eat at our desks. There’s no corporate mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to do a decent job on them. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but usually, we just wrap up and head home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t see a reason to make it sound more complicated than it really is. We just keep our heads down and get the design work finished for whoever needs it.
