You can find us at Usha Bhawan, which is building A-41 in the Mohan Co-op Industrial Estate. It’s right on Mathura Road, so the traffic is always a topic of conversation when we start in the morning. Information Technologies (I) Ltd. has been here for a good stretch of time. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, with trucks and cars moving around constantly. Our office is a mix of older furniture and newer computers. It’s a functional space where we spend our time managing different tech systems. We don’t have much in the way of art on the walls, mostly just calendars and technical diagrams. The team here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We all just muck in and do what’s needed. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have backups for that. Mathura Road is a busy artery for the city, so we’re right in the thick of things. It can be loud outside, but the walls of Usha Bhawan are thick enough to keep most of it out. We usually eat lunch at our desks or find something at a nearby stall. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s just a place where work gets done. We focus on the practical side of things without any fuss or unnecessary layers. It's just a regular office with people who work hard and go home.
