Indian Surgical Equipment Co. Pvt Ltd is based out of the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. We are up on the first floor of building A-50/1. If you know Okhla, you know it’s all about business and manufacturing, and we fit right in with the rest of the warehouses and workshops. Our space is usually full of boxes and various surgical tools waiting to be shipped out. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office and storage spot. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking the inventory to make sure we have what the hospitals need. It can get a bit loud with the trucks moving outside and the general hum of the industrial area. We’ve got a small team, and we all know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. Being on the first floor means we’re constantly hauling things up and down, but we’re used to it. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch; we just provide the tools that surgeons use. It’s straightforward work. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the orders. The Okhla sun can be brutal in May, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a practical business in a practical part of Delhi. We just do our work, pack the gear, and make sure it gets where it’s supposed to go.
