We are tucked away in East of Kailash in New Delhi. It is a crowded spot, like most places in this city. Our office is where we spend ten or twelve hours every single day. It isn't a glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular space with desks and computers. IKF Technologies has been around for some time now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of us just focus on what needs to be done. The tea lady comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of the staff. Being in East of Kailash means it is easy for people to find us, though parking is always a headache. We deal with various tech things, trying to keep up with the changes. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, but that is just Delhi life. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other’s business. It’s not corporate at all. We talk loudly and eat lunch together on the big table in the back. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to make things run smoothly for whoever walks in. It’s simple, it’s noisy, and it’s home for most of us during the week. We keep things moving.
