Our small team works out of Ghaffar Manzil in Jamia Nagar. Ideas Design Solutions Pvt Ltd has been based here at 235 108 E for some time. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how busy the streets can get, especially around the university area. It is a lively place with a lot of noise coming from the market outside, but we have gotten used to the constant hum of the city. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about projects. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us now. We start our mornings quite early before the sun gets too hot, especially during those harsh Delhi summers when the air conditioning has to work double time. Jamia Nagar has a specific feel to it, very crowded but everyone is usually just going about their business. Finding Ghaffar Manzil can be a little tricky for delivery drivers because the numbers on this street don't always follow a logical path, but we usually just tell them to look for the big blue gate nearby. We don't really do the whole corporate office vibe with glass walls and matching furniture. It is more of a mismatched, comfortable space where we can actually focus on the work instead of worrying about how things look to outsiders.
