In the Jasola Vihar area of New Delhi, you’ll find Ibsn India. We’re located in Sector 8, which is a pretty well-organized part of the city. We don’t have a massive skyscraper for an office, just a practical space that fits our needs. New Delhi is always on the move, but Sector 8 has its own pace. We’ve set up our desks and equipment here, and this is where the daily grind happens. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come to work at Ibsn India and try to keep everything running smoothly. The office isn't decorated by professional designers. It has a more personal touch, with things put where they are most useful. We don't really have a 'corporate culture' in the way people usually mean it. We just have a small group of people who know their jobs and get along well enough. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes things a bit tough, but we have our fans and our water bottles, so we manage just fine. Being in Jasola Vihar means we are close to the metro and other shops, which is handy for everyone. We don’t have a fancy mission or a bunch of slogans. We just value a good day’s work and a quiet place to do it. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it’s where we feel most at home.
