Our office for I T E (India) Pvt Ltd is located in Lajpat Nagar II, at 83/I. It’s a busy residential and commercial area, and we’ve been here for a good number of years now. The building at 83/I is easy to find if you know your way around Lajpat Nagar II. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. We just have a small nameplate and a door that’s usually open during business hours. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of paperwork piled up on every surface. We aren't trying to win any design awards with our office space. It’s a place where we come to get things done and talk to our clients. Being in Lajpat Nagar II means we are surrounded by shops and markets, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside. We’ve grown used to the background hum over time. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. When you talk to us, you’re just talking to regular people who know their job well. We don't have a mission statement or a list of core values on the wall. We just show up every day and do what’s required of us. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood over the years. People stop by for all sorts of reasons, and we’re always happy to have a quick chat before getting back to work.
