It is a tech company, but don’t go expecting a fancy glass building with a lounge. Our office is more of a practical workspace where we have our computers and servers set up. Most of our day is spent writing code or figuring out technical problems for the people who hire us. The neighborhood is a mix of residential houses and small workshops, so it’s always got a bit of noise from the street. We have a small team, and we usually just dress casually and get to work. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the gadgets and wires we have lying around. We don’t really do big meetings or have a polished front desk. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in and talk to whoever isn't wearing headphones. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the internet acts up or it gets a bit too hot in the afternoon, but we just deal with it.
