Ht Computers

We are located at Plot No.512A in the Shakuntala Building, which is number 58 in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s a total madhouse most of the time. We are right near the Syndicate Bank, which helps people find us among all the other shops. We’ve been fixing computers and selling parts here for years. The shop is small and usually filled with towers and keyboards that people brought in for us to look at. It smells like solder and old dust in here, but that’s the way we like it. Working in this building means you meet all sorts of people every day. Some are frustrated because their laptop died, and others just want to talk about the latest hardware. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just us sitting at the back with our screwdrivers and testing monitors. Sometimes the elevators in the building are out of service, so we end up hauling boxes up the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s just junk. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just tell you what the problem is and how long it’ll take. Nehru Place is a tough area but it’s where all the action is for computer stuff. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, honestly. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
