Our office is tucked away in C 12 Johri Farm, which is in the Jamia Nagar area of Okhla. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded and lively this part of the city can get. There is always something happening outside the doors here. Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd operates from this spot, and it feels more like a lived-in space than a cold office building. We have been here for a bit, and the walls are covered with notes and calendars. It is not the kind of place where everything is shiny and new. The floor has some scuffs and the chairs aren't all matching, but it works for what we need. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic near the university and the narrow roads, but once you are inside, it’s a bit calmer. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at files. Every now and then, someone brings in snacks to share, and we sit around for ten minutes just talking about nothing in particular.
