Hitech E Soft

Hitech E Soft is basically run from a home office in New Delhi. The pin code is 110019. It is not a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a room with some good computers and a lot of wires. Working from home has its own challenges like when the internet goes slow or there is noise outside from the street vendors. But it works for what we do. We focus on software and digital work. Most of our day is spent sitting in front of a monitor typing away. We do not have employees coming in and out. It is just a small operation. We keep things simple because we do not need the extra overhead. New Delhi is a fast city but in our little corner it stays relatively quiet during the day. We have our routines for when we start and when we take a break for lunch. Sometimes we work through the weekend if there is a deadline approaching. We do not have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. If you need us, you usually send an email or give us a call. We have been doing this for a while and we are used to the rhythm of it. It is just a practical way to run a software business without all the extra fuss. We like the flexibility it gives us every day and we plan to stay here.
