You can find us at 414 Hemkunt Tower, over in Nehru Place. It’s right in the middle of all the noise and energy of Delhi’s tech hub. Being at number 98 means we’re surrounded by people constantly looking for parts or repairs, and our office is no different. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs when we’re in a rush. Inside, it’s a mix of desks piled high with paperwork and benches where the technical stuff happens. We’ve been here quite a while, and the furniture has definitely seen better days. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We mostly just keep our heads down and deal with the service calls as they come in. There’s always a kettle going somewhere because we drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. The windows give us a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and vendors. It can get pretty loud, but after a few weeks, you just stop noticing it. Our staff is a small group, and we’ve all known each other for years, which makes the long days go by a bit faster. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We’d rather just get the job done and move on to the next one. It’s a simple operation, really, just people working hard in a crowded building.
