Genowin Technology

We are located at H No 17 in Bersari, which is a little pocket inside the Hauz Khas area. It’s a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it. The office is inside a regular-looking building. We do a lot of work with technology and software at Genowin Technology. Most of our days are spent sitting in front of flickering monitors. We have wires running across the floor and piles of old keyboards in the corner. It isn't a flashy tech office with bean bags or free snacks. We just have our desks and our computers. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to work. Sometimes we stay late because a project is stuck. The neighborhood is full of students and small shops, so there’s always something happening outside. We usually get our tea from a small stall down the lane. We are a small team and we've known each other for a long time. There's no corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We don't really bother with big meetings or presentations. We just focus on the code and the technical side of things. It can be a bit boring to watch us work because we just sit there and type, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things. It's just a quiet tech shop in the middle of a busy city trying to keep up.
