Hamza Pharmacticals

Our place, Hamza Pharmacticals, is located in Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Okhla. It is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of students and families constantly moving about. The streets are always packed with rickshaws and people heading to the university or the market. We have a small storefront that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the locals who come in. It’s a simple setup. We have the usual medicine counters and a small area in the back for extra stock. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We aren't trying to be some high-end pharmacy. We just want to make sure the people in Jamia Nagar can get what they need without having to travel too far. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the lanterns, but that’s just part of living in this area. We know most of our regular customers by name and they know us. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We don't do any big promotions or social media stuff. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to arrive. It’s a modest life and we are happy being part of the Batla House street scene. There is always something interesting happening right outside our door.
