We started this thing here in Greater Kailash Part-2 at M-4 because we saw how hard it was for families to manage medical stuff at home. It isn't always easy to deal with oxygen or monitors and everything else when someone is sick. Most of us living around here know each other, so we just began helping out. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a space where we keep the gear and coordinate where everyone needs to go. We spend most of our time out on the road anyway, heading to different houses in the neighborhood. It gets busy during the winter months especially. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes us run a bit late, but we try to get there as fast as we can. My cousin actually helped me set up the first few rooms when we got the license. We aren't a big hospital or anything like that, just a group of people who know how to handle the equipment and look after patients who want to stay in their own beds. It’s a lot of long nights and checking phone calls at three in the morning. People usually find us by word of mouth or seeing our van parked near the market. We've been at this address for a while now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. It's just honest work, really.
