Being on the first floor means we are just one flight up from the street, so we can hear the horns and the people talking all day long. It’s a lively atmosphere to work in. The office is pretty basic. We have a main room where most of us sit and another smaller area for storage and supplies. We didn't spend a lot of money on decorations; we just brought in what we needed to be productive. The floors are easy to clean, and the desks are sturdy. It’s the kind of place where you come to put in a full day of effort. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of things going on at once, but we manage just fine. We usually get our tea from a shop just around the corner, and lunch is whatever is quick and nearby. It is a very practical setup in a very busy part of New Delhi. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want a decent place to work.
