We operate out of the lower ground floor at G-1300 in Chittaranjan Park. It's a residential neighborhood mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the main industrial hubs in Delhi. Genius Technologies Pvt Ltd has been in this basement space for some time now. We handle various tech services and hardware issues here. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms filled with computers and spare parts. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of equipment coming in for repair or setup. The lighting isn't the best being on the LG floor, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing on the motherboards. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while discussing whatever tech puzzle we're trying to solve that day. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. People from the neighborhood often drop by when they have a problem with their gadgets. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things tend to get messy by Friday. We just focus on the work at hand and try to get things fixed as fast as the parts arrive. Sometimes the couriers have trouble finding the entrance because the signs aren't very big, but we manage just fine.
