Futureavsar Pvt Ltd is tucked away over at H No 169 in Hari Nager Ashram. If you know New Delhi 110014, you know it can be a bit crowded around here. We’ve been at this spot for a bit. It’s a regular house, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the city center. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s a lot of paper on the desks and usually someone is on the phone. We don’t really do the whole corporate dress code thing. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable because the Delhi heat is no joke. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We just go about our business without making much of a fuss. Sometimes we get visitors who get lost trying to find the house number, but they usually make it eventually. It’s a local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best snacks for lunch. We don't have a giant board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work every day. We’ve had the same furniture for years. It’s got some scratches, but it still works fine. We don't really bother with big speeches. We just show up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s just how we do things here and that’s fine with us.
