Our office is G-10 in the Siddhartha building, which is at number 96 in Nehru Place. Anyone who knows Delhi knows that Nehru Place is the heart of the computer world. It is a loud, crowded, and busy place to be every single day. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to find us among all the other shops and offices. We have been here for years, surrounded by stacks of monitors and computer towers. It is a bit of a squeeze inside because we have so much equipment crammed into the space. There is always a lot of shouting and noise from the corridors outside. We spend our days fixing systems and talking to people who need technical help. We do not have a fancy interior or a nice waiting room. Most people just stand around while we check their machines. It is a very practical way of working. We know the other vendors nearby and sometimes we swap parts or advice. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we have our fans running all day. It is a chaotic environment, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the computers and try to ignore the madness of the market outside our door.
