Foremost Technico Pvt. Ltd. is located at M-1 in Green Park Extension. It’s an older residential area that has a lot of offices tucked away in the houses. Our space is on the ground level, which is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators. It’s an old building, so it has high ceilings and thick walls that keep it relatively cool even in the summer. We’ve been here for many years now. Our work is mostly technical and engineering-based, so there are always rolls of drawings and strange tools lying around on the desks. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. The street outside is lined with trees, which makes it feel a bit more peaceful than the rest of the city. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like things done. There’s no front desk or formal waiting area. People usually just knock and walk right in. It’s a very local, neighborhood kind of office. We don't go in for marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just do our technical work and enjoy the quiet of Green Park. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day.
