Our office is currently situated at J-1/36 in the DDA Flats in Kalkaji. We are up on the third floor, care of B. Soni. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit different than a big commercial block. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us. Inside, it’s just a normal apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. There are desks in what used to be the living room and files stacked up in the hallway. We do a lot of our work on computers, so the room is usually filled with the sound of clicking keys. The Kalkaji area is always lively, with kids playing outside and people heading to the market. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. The rooms can get a bit stuffy in the afternoon, so we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks without a lot of drama. It’s a quiet, local way to run a business. We like being in a DDA flat because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building, even if we are surrounded by paperwork most of the time.
