Fidelity Internationals

This office is on the second floor of Ashutosh Apartments, which is right in E Block of the Paryavaran Complex here in New Delhi. If you’re coming by to see Fidelity Internationals, you have to look for the stairs because the lift isn’t always working right. It’s basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It gets quite a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice, but it makes the room hot if the AC isn't on. We have several desks squeezed into the main room. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, especially when there are files everywhere. The 110030 area is usually busy, so there’s always noise from the street below—autos honking or people shouting. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in the small area near the balcony. Sometimes we go down to the local stalls for a quick snack if we’re tired of the office food. It’s not some polished corporate floor with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. We handle whatever paperwork or international bits we need to do. It’s honest work in a regular apartment. Some days are slow, and other days we can’t seem to finish everything on time, but that’s just how it goes for a small team in Delhi.
