Fair Deal Surgical Udyog

Fair Deal Surgical Udyog is based out of E-205 in the Flatted Factory Complex in Okhla. If you know Okhla, you know it is a massive place with factories of all sizes squeezed together. Our spot in the complex is where we handle all the surgical supplies and equipment. It’s a bit of a contrast because surgical items need to be kept very clean, but the industrial area outside is often dusty and loud. We spend a lot of time making sure our workspace stays in good order despite the surroundings. The building itself is quite large and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around the different blocks. We have various benches set up for checking the items and packing them into boxes. There is usually a steady stream of delivery trucks coming into the complex, so there is a lot of shouting and engines idling outside the windows. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make things look pretty. It’s just us working with the tools and the inventory we have. The days are long and we mostly focus on getting the orders out to the hospitals and clinics that need them. It is a straightforward operation where we try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. Everyone here knows their role, and we just get on with it without making a big deal out of the daily grind.
