Exelan Networking Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Nehru Place, specifically on the 3rd floor of the Goverdhan Building. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s a bit of a maze and always crowded with people looking for computer parts. Our office is usually filled with boxes of routers, switches, and long coils of blue ethernet cable. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls. We have a few technicians who are always busy crimping wires or testing server connections. Someone is usually on a support call, trying to explain how to reset a gateway. The elevators in buildings 53 and 54 are often slow, so we end up taking the stairs most days. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the tea sellers and other shop owners in the vicinity. We don't have a marketing team or a polished receptionist. When you call, you just talk to one of the guys who actually does the work. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the hardware lying around, but we know where every single connector is kept. We just focus on getting the networks up and running for the offices around Delhi. It’s dusty and loud outside, but we just keep our heads down and finish the job. We don’t bother with big ads because most people find us through word of mouth in the market.
