Working out of Flat No. F-394 in Sarita Vihar is a bit different than having a big storefront. We are quite close to the Apollo Hospital, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people around the neighborhood. Excom India is a small setup, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things manageable. We don't have a giant warehouse or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks from the flat. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork and samples, but we make it work. Living and working in Sarita Vihar means we are part of the local flow. You see the same faces every day. We don't really do the whole corporate thing where everything is perfectly polished. If you call us, you’re just talking to one of us directly, not some call center. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on what needs to be done today and worry about tomorrow when it comes. The location is convenient for most people since the hospital is such a well-known landmark. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our work without making a big fuss about it.
