You can find us at House No U-2, right near the Shahi Masjid in Pul Pehlad Pur. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there’s always something going on outside our door. Etech Services is just a small operation run out of this building. We handle a lot of technical stuff and general services for people in the area and beyond. The office isn't very big, so we’re all sitting pretty close to each other. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment in for repair or testing. We started out here because it was convenient, and we just stayed. The mosque nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend most of our day troubleshooting things and talking to customers who need help with their setups. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy sign or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We’ve got some tools, a few spare parts scattered around, and some old desks that have been here since we opened. Delhi summers are tough, but we have a couple of coolers that do the job well enough. We’re just regular folks trying to provide a useful service without making a big deal out of it. We take the work seriously, but we don't act like we’re something we aren't. Most of our day is spent fixing things and making sure people get what they need from us.
