Encore Themes

Encore Themes is located in the MCD Officers' Flats in Greater Kailash-1. We are in R-Block, right in the heart of New Delhi. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s a mix of homes and small offices. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy glass front. Most people wouldn't even know we’re here unless they were looking for us. Inside, it’s just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend most of our time on computers, working on different themes and design projects. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. New Delhi is always loud and fast, but once we’re inside the office, it’s pretty quiet. We don't have a corporate handbook or any strict rules about what to wear. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We like being in GK-1 because there are plenty of places to get a quick lunch or a snack. Our desks are usually a bit messy with cables and notebooks. We don't try to look more professional than we are. We just focus on the work and try to get it finished on time. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and stay late, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a comfortable spot and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We enjoy the neighborhood vibes and the local parks where we walk during breaks.
