Encompass

Encompass is located on the lower ground floor at G 2/14 in Malviya Nagar. We are right near the Krishna Mandir, so it’s easy to find us if you know the temple. Being in a basement-level office means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice for us. We aren't some huge firm with offices all over the world. It’s just this one spot in Delhi where we handle our business. The office is a bit cozy, maybe even a little cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but it works. We do a variety of things here, mostly keeping track of projects and talking to people on the phone. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write down what we need to do and do it. Malviya Nagar is a great area because there’s always something happening right outside the door. We usually grab lunch from the local shops around here. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules or formal meetings. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It’s a very practical way of working. No one here wears a suit or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of this local neighborhood.
