Elder Pharma Limited

Our office for Elder Pharma Limited is at J II 24 in the Madangir area. It’s an older building that has been our home for quite a long time. People around here know the address well. Inside, it’s not very fancy. We have rows of metal shelves and some old wooden desks where we do the paperwork. It gets a bit noisy from the street outside, especially during the rush hour in Madangir, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We spend most of our time organizing the stock and making sure the orders are ready for delivery. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking labels. We don't have a lot of staff, so we all know each other well. It feels more like a small family business than a big company. We usually have our tea together in the afternoon when things settle down a bit. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just want to make sure we do a good job every day and that the medicine gets to the people who need it. Madangir is a lively place to be, and we like being part of the local scene. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics that get the job done. It’s a straightforward business and we take things one day at a time. That’s how we’ve always operated.
