We are based at Sarai Jullena, which is right near the Escort Heart Institute Hospital. Effem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. takes up the second and third floors at 54-B. Being so close to a major hospital means the area is always moving, with a lot of people and traffic nearby. We work on technology-related projects, so our floors are mostly filled with computers, cables, and testing equipment. It’s not the most organized-looking place sometimes, but that’s because we are usually in the middle of a project. We have a mix of younger tech people and some older staff who handle the administration. The building itself is a standard one for this part of Delhi. We don’t have a shiny glass entrance or a fancy cafe. Most of us just bring lunch from home or eat at the local spots around Sarai Jullena. The work involves a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out technical problems. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just try to make the technology work like it’s supposed to. It’s a busy environment and we are often working late when a project is due. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central and people know where to find us. It’s a regular office where real work happens every day without any unnecessary fluff or corporate drama. That’s just the way it is here with us.
