Our location is at B 74 in the Additional Township of BTPS NTPC Badarpur. Working inside a township like this has a different feel than being in the middle of the city. It’s a bit more structured, but our office at Dreamsoftsolutionltd is still pretty laid back. We have our routine and we stick to it for the most part. There are times when things get a little hectic, especially when several things need fixing at the same time. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the tools we need to do our jobs. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we’re more like friends than just coworkers. We talk about our families and what we did over the weekend while we work. It’s a human way to run a business. We don't feel the need to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. If the work is good, that’s usually enough for the people we deal with. The township is quiet in the mornings, which we like. It gives us a chance to get a head start before the phones start going off. We take our lunch breaks together most days, usually just bringing stuff from home or grabbing something quick nearby. It’s a simple life and a simple business, but it suits us just fine.
