Dolphin Mart Ltd is situated at D 189 in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. It’s near Kruthika Enterprises, which is usually a good landmark to tell people if they get lost. This part of Okhla is always full of activity, with trucks backing in and people moving crates around. Being in Phase III means we are right in the middle of all that industrial energy. Our building is a standard one for this area—solid and functional. Inside, things are mostly geared toward getting the day started and keeping the operations running. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area because we’re more concerned with what’s happening on the floor. It can get quite loud with the noise from the street and the nearby units, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We’ve got our own little rhythm here. Usually, the mornings are the busiest with everyone trying to get organized. By the afternoon, things settle down a bit, but there’s always something to keep us occupied. It’s a big, dusty area sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We’ve got the address pinned on the door, but most regulars know exactly where D 189 is by now. It’s just a plain, hardworking spot in a busy part of town. We don’t try to make it seem like anything other than what it actually is every single day.
