Dolphin Development

We are set up in Batla House, which is a really busy part of Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. Our specific spot is P/106. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s crowded and full of energy all day long. There’s always someone yelling or a motorbike zooming past the window. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s not a large office by any means, just a couple of rooms where we handle our development stuff. The walls are a bit scuffed and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for us. We don't really have a big staff, just a few local guys who know the area well. Finding our place can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the alleys of Batla House, but once you find P/106, it’s pretty straightforward. We don't bother with fancy logos or reception desks. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting around a table covered in documents. New Delhi-25 is a unique place to work; it feels more like a community than a business district. We get our tea from the stall just down the road and usually eat lunch at our desks. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have any corporate policies to worry about, just the work that needs finishing by the end of the week. It’s a bit noisy and cramped sometimes, but we’ve made this little corner of Jamia Nagar our own.
