Direct Resource (I) Pvt Ltd is based out of D-1 in Nizamuddin East. It’s a nice enough area, and being here makes it easy for us to stay connected with everything going on. We aren't one of those companies with hundreds of employees and a glass skyscraper. It’s just a handful of us working from this office to make sure everything runs smoothly. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, coordinating things and making sure resources are getting where they need to go. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the chaos over the years. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. Our office feels more like a place where people actually work rather than a showroom. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s no scripted sales pitch here. If we can help with a resource or a project, we’ll tell you how we can do it and what it’ll cost. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve built up some good relationships just by being honest and showing up every day. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works for us and the people we work with. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job.
