Our office is located at 202, Shakuntala Building, 59, Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s the heart of the computer market in Delhi. Digikey Info Solutions sits right in the middle of all that chaos. The building is always busy, and the elevators can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs. Inside our room, it’s a bit quieter than the street outside, but not by much. We deal with a lot of info solutions, which mostly means helping people figure out what’s wrong with their systems or providing the right parts. There are stacks of boxes everywhere because deliveries come in almost every hour. It’s a fast-paced environment where you’re always talking to someone on the phone while trying to test a motherboard. We don’t have a fancy reception area; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the desk. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most of our regular customers are other shop owners or local office workers who need things fixed fast. We take our tea breaks standing up because there isn't much room to sit. That’s just the way things go in Nehru Place. If you come to Shakuntala Building, just look for the second floor. Sometimes the signage in the hallway is a bit confusing because there are so many offices, but we're in room 202.
