Dhruv Inc. is based in a basement in Dayanand Colony, over in Lajpat Nagar-IV. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice, but we don't get much sunlight. We’ve got unit 159-A. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all the boxes and the equipment we have crammed in there. Most people walk right past us without noticing we are there. We’ve been here for a few years now. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops, so it feels a bit more personal than being in a big industrial park. We have a small staff, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a formal place at all. You’ll often see us in jeans and t-shirts, just trying to get through the day's tasks. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to packing the boxes for shipping. Sometimes the stairs get a bit annoying when we have heavy loads, but we manage. We don't have a fancy logo or any marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a practical setup, and it works for us. We don't need a big flashy office to do what we do. We just need enough light to see what we are working on and a bit of space to move around.
