Being in an industrial area like Okhla means we are surrounded by a lot of factories and warehouses. It’s a gritty, busy place and our office fits right in. We deal with dairy products on a daily basis. There is a lot of moving parts when you are talking about milk and milk-based items. We spend our time tracking the trucks coming in and going out of South Delhi. Our space is functional; we have big desks for the ledgers and a lot of space for the equipment. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a fancy meeting. We wear simple clothes and spend most of our time shouting over the noise of the machinery or the traffic outside. It’s a 110020 postcode, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the industrial estate. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just process dairy and get it to the people who need it. Some days the heat in the warehouse is a bit much, but we just drink some water and keep moving. We are a practical bunch of people. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some delivery schedules. That’s how we like it.
