Most people come in because their laptop screen broke or the software is acting up again. We spend our days surrounded by wires and old monitors. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a workbench and some tools. Sometimes we take longer than we thought because a part doesn't arrive on time, but we try to be honest about that. Dealing with computers can be frustrating for people, so we just explain what is broken without using too many big words. We handle a lot of small office setups around Devli too. My brother helps me out when things get busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers are just people living nearby who don't want to travel far to get their PC fixed.
