Our office for Dev Smarna Llp is situated in the B1/B1 Mohan Co Operative Industrial Areamathura Road. It is a very industrial kind of place, as the name suggests. There are trucks and vans moving in and out all day long. Being on Mathura Road means we are right in the thick of the industrial belt. The building itself is sturdy and functional. We don't spend money on decorations that don't matter. We have what we need to do our jobs, and that is about it. The noise from the road is something you just stop noticing after the first hour. It is a busy environment, and it keeps us on our toes. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a bit. There is a lot of back and forth between us throughout the day. We don't use fancy software to talk to each other; we just shout across the room or walk over to the next desk. It is much faster that way. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything; we are just trying to run a decent business and keep things moving. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab rolls or samosas for everyone from the vendor around the corner. It is a plain, hardworking atmosphere. We like it that way because it feels honest and there is no pressure to be something we are not.
