Densi Bakery Hospitality Private Limited

We are over here in Lajpat Nagar Part II at K-27. It’s a busy spot honestly, especially on the weekends. Some days the traffic outside is just too much but we manage to get things done. Densi Bakery Hospitality Private Limited is really just a handful of us working through the daily orders and making sure the kitchen side of things stays moving. You know how Delhi gets in the summer, it’s hot as anything back there with the heat from the equipment. We started this because we wanted to be in the food and hospitality space and South Delhi seemed like the right place to set up shop. We aren't doing anything fancy with a big glass front or anything like that, we are just doing the daily work from our spot. The address is K-27 if anyone is looking, right in the middle of the residential area. Most mornings start quite early for us, getting things prepped and checking the flour and sugar stock. It’s not always pretty or organized. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost because the lanes here are a bit tricky if you don't know the turnings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at papers. It's a real business with real people, and we have our good days and bad ones just like anyone else. The rain last week made a mess at the entrance, but we got it sorted. We just keep going. It’s a small team here.
