Deepak Infotech is located right at Sabka Bazaar 4, along IGNOU Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded and busy it gets around here every single day. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal with all sorts of info-tech stuff, mostly hardware repairs and small tech problems. The market is full of people buying groceries and clothes, and then there’s us with our boxes of electronic parts and tools. It’s a small space, so we have to stack things high on the shelves. Sometimes it feels like the walls are closing in with all the spare parts, but we know where everything is kept. People from the nearby residential areas walk in all day long. IGNOU Road has a lot of students and families, so there is always someone needing a cable or a quick fix for their machine. We don't have a big team at all. It is just a couple of us who know our way around the inside of a computer. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything there is to know. We just look at what’s broken and try to fix it for them. The noise from the bazaar is constant, but it becomes background noise after you've been here a while. We open early and stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. It’s a good spot to be. We’ve seen the bazaar change over the years, but we’re still here in our same little corner.
