Living in East Of Kailash is pretty busy most of the time. I'm at 86-B and it’s a decent spot even if the parking around here is always a bit of a nightmare. New Delhi is just like that though. I spend a lot of my day right here handling things. It's just me mostly. I started doing this a few years back because I needed something to stay occupied and it grew into what it is now. It isn't a huge operation. I don't have a team of people in suits running around. It's just a regular room with my computer and a lot of papers. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud but you get used to it after a week or two. My neighbors are okay, they don't mind the coming and going. I don't really do the whole corporate thing because it feels fake. I'd rather just talk to people like they are people. If someone needs something, they call and I see if I can do it. If I can't, I tell them. Delhi life can be exhausting with the heat and the crowds but having my own space to work makes it better. I just take it one day at a time and try to finish what’s on my plate before the sun goes down and the traffic gets even worse.
