We are Crm Services India Pvt Ltd Teleperformance India, located in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. You can find us at C 111 B on the first floor. Kalkaji is a really lively neighborhood, there’s always something going on outside our windows. We work in the service industry, mostly handling customer relations and support tasks. Our office is a busy place with people on phones and computers all day long. It’s a first-floor setup, so we get to see the street life while we work. We aren't the kind of place with a lot of mahogany furniture or expensive art. It’s a practical office designed for people to sit down and get through their tasks. We’ve got a good group of staff who know how to talk to people and solve problems. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once, but that's just how the service business is. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a while now and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the city. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because we usually have enough to do as it is.
