Convergence International Cint Securities

Our office is on the third floor of B-101 in Lajpat Nagar-I. Since it’s Delhi, the area is always packed with people and cars. You often have to climb the stairs because the lift isn’t always reliable, which keeps us in shape, I guess. We deal with securities and international finance stuff, but the office doesn’t look like those fancy places you see on television. It’s just a couple of rooms with desks, phones, and people staring at market screens. It gets a bit hectic when the markets are moving fast. You can hear the traffic from the street below even with the windows shut tight. We have a lot of regular clients who just call us to see what’s happening with their accounts. There is always a stack of newspapers on the table and the printer is usually making some kind of noise. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Mostly, it’s just us trying to make sense of the numbers and keeping the files in order. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't panic when things get busy. The neighborhood has great food, so lunch is usually the best part of the day for the staff. We are just a local firm trying to do a good job for the people who trust us. It’s a busy life here in Lajpat Nagar, but we like the pace of it.
