We are over at 22 Panchsheel Park, in the DDA Flats on Shivalik Road. Commercial It Solutions Pvt Ltd is a name that sounds a bit bigger than we actually are. In reality, we’re just a small group of IT guys working out of a converted flat. It’s a comfortable space, even if it gets a bit crowded with all the extra monitors and hardware we have sitting around. Most of the technical backend for small businesses nearby gets handled right here. Things like setting up emails, making sure the firewalls are working, and helping people recover lost files take up our time. It’s not the kind of work that gets you in the newspapers, but it keeps things running for our clients. The neighborhood is pretty nice, and there’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads when a project gets frustrating. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture, so most of our chairs are mismatched. Troubleshooting and testing new software is where we spend our hours. There isn't a lot of structure here; we just see what needs to be done and someone grabs it. When talking to the people who hire us, we avoid jargon. We just explain what went wrong and how we can patch it up. It’s a low-key environment where we focus on the task at hand rather than trying to impress anyone with a polished image. That’s how we like it.
